About Eco Home Repair
A family-run exterior repair company based in Woodinville, Washington.
Family-run, based in Woodinville
Eco Home Repair LLC is run by Alex and a small, steady crew. We focus on the exterior problems Pacific Northwest weather causes most: rot, failing decks, leaking siding and the framing behind them.
Our name comes from how we work: repair what can be saved, replace only what has failed, use materials that last in a wet climate and keep waste down. It is better for your home and your budget.
We are licensed, bonded and insured in Washington (License #ECOHOHR774PU), BBB A+ accredited, and our work carries a 24-month workmanship warranty.
Eco Home Repair is part of the Goodbye Rot family of exterior repair services.

What you can expect
We fix the cause, not just the symptom
Every job starts by finding where the water gets in. Replacing wood without fixing the flashing or drainage only buys a few years.
Photos before we quote
We probe, measure and photograph the damage, then walk you through it so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Repair first, replace only when needed
We keep good material in place and use rot-resistant products where they help. Less waste, lower cost.
Our own crew and a 24-month warranty
Family-run, licensed, bonded and insured, with a clean job site every day.
