We focus on the problems our wet climate causes most: rotted siding and trim, failing decks, leaking balconies and the framing behind them. Every job starts with a free inspection and photos, so you see exactly what is wrong before you decide anything.
We repair what has failed and keep what is still good, then fix the reason the water got in, whether that is missing flashing, a worn coating or wood sitting too close to the ground.
